I forgot my password.

The fastest and easiest way to reset your password is right from your computer or mobile device. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page on the site. Enter the user name you use to login to your account (this could be your email address) and click Reset. You will receive an email to the registered email address with a link to reset your password. Clicking the link which will allow you to create a new password to access your account.

My account is locked.

Your account will be locked after certain number of wrong password attempts. When you reach wrong password limit and try to login, a support window is displayed. On this pop-up window choose "Help Me Log In" and follow the instructions for account unlock and password reset.

I forgot my username.

If you have forgotten your username, try logging in with your email address. If that doesn't work, get in touch with your provider.

I haven't received my PIN

If you haven't received your PIN after requesting it, let your supplier know by using the contact information provided.

My PIN Isn't working

If you already received your PIN but if it is not working then; Please make sure you do not type the PIN with a space at the beginning or end. Please make sure you type the PIN with correct characters. If your PIN still not working, let your supplier know by using the contact information provided.

As part of the Monitoring Services, in a lawful manner, Monitoring Services collects information provided by third parties in Dark Web, which may contain personal data of internet users. The End-user is authorized to indicate the following data for monitoring:

  1. 1 National Identification number
  2. 10 Email addresses
  3. 10 Telephone numbers
  4. 10 Medical ID numbers
  5. 10 Credit/Debit card numbers
  6. 10 International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN)
  7. 1 Driver's license number
  8. 1 Passport

No other personal data can be captured for dark web monitoring other than the data items provided in the service.

Internet Surveillance’s data comes from Internet forums and websites, web pages, IRC channels, refined PII search engine queries, Twitter feeds, P2P sources, hidden and anonymous web services, malware samples, botnets, and torrent sources.

No. Alerts are generated when breached data is placed and found by CyberAgent® on the DarkWeb but it is nearly impossible to track or identify dark web users and criminals. There is no one unique and identifiable place for the data. Your subscribed CyberAgent® Alert service will provide you recommendations on the actions that you can take.
